RedLight Larry / The Larry Arnold Approach

RECOVERY
HAS A
PURPOSE.

Red light therapy. Intentional movement. A plan built around what you want to accomplish. Bring your training and recovery into the same conversation.

01 / Start with the outcome

Your goal.
Your starting point.
Your process.

The people and the process matter as much as the equipment.

RedLight Larry connects red light therapy education with Larry Arnold's approach to movement, strength, recovery, and longevity. We begin with what you want to accomplish, then consider which tools belong in your plan.

Red light therapy uses red or near-infrared light, also called photobiomodulation. Device selection, intended use, and individual suitability matter. Our approach starts with clear questions and realistic expectations.

01 — DEFINE

Agree on the win.

Clarify your goals and how training and recovery fit into your day.

02 — SELECT

Choose with intention.

Consider the device, its intended use, your space, and the guidance you need.

03 — ADAPT

Build consistency.

Follow device instructions, evaluate your experience, and adjust the broader plan.

02 / Two tools. One approach.

Connect the work
with the recovery.

Power Plate brings whole-body vibration into selected movement routines. Red light therapy is another tool to evaluate within your broader recovery plan.
