All training is not created equal. PERFORMANCE is not about fitness. It’s not about technique. It’s about GETTING IT DONE. Better, stronger, faster  than your opponent. This isn’t for getting in shape, PERFORMANCE training tests the shape you’re in. Ready ?

       When speed, power, and agility come together, performance is the result. When they develop together, NeuroMeta Perforance emerges.

Designed to improve athleticism,  Performance is an advanced level of training that must be achieved. High levels of proficiency in strength, as well as cardio, along with a love for “The Burn” are requirements here.

As a multi sport athlete, I have created programs that help the benefits of training to be realized in actual field/ court measurables. Working with coaches and instructors, Performance  training  allows you to     “Give it all you’ve got “!
