After four weeks of toiling in the Neuro training phase , Eric is doing well . Down from 420 pounds , he weighed in today at 407 . GREAT JOB !!!

By focusing on balance , flexibility , and mechanics , Eric has improved his coordination already. While helping to avoid injury , the mastery of each movement has allowed him to exercise with confidence , and push his limits .  The Neuro training really paid off , as even as his muscles fatigued , Eric found himself able to remain stable , maintain form , and finish strong .  As his development continues , look for the challenges to become more explosive , exciting , and more effective .

The cirsuit shown here is a modified version of  S.A.I.D. Training ( Juan Carlos Santana) . Based on simple movements in all three planes of motion , the circuit can be challenging if you are willing to push yourself .  Along with a dizzying number of exercises to remember , the circuit moves blood from toes to fingertips in less than 5 minutes .

Finishing in 4:11 , Eric rested for exactly 5 minutes before completing another circuit .  Pushing himself to complete exhaustion , Eric completed his second round in 3:51 , creating a buzz in the clinic that lasted all day . His negative split also exempted him from a third performance .  GO HARD or GO HOME !
