    Thanks Brian . Eric is working hard and the results have already begun to show. As we work in all three planes of motion , he is feeling better balanced , and more flexible.
    Stability ( balance) , and flexibility , are the cornerstones for a long term program . As time progresses , and Eric graduates to more advanced color levels , stregnth , and endurance will be the focus .
